2. Talk to one of our lending specialists
One of our friendly Positive Lending Managers will call to discuss finance options with you.
We will your details and any lender required documentation.
3. Submit an application
You can complete the application over the phone or via our website. Your enquiry is submitted electronically to the lender best matched to your needs.
The lender responds promptly and we call you to convey this information. Once the lender grants pre approval – let’s start the hunt for your asset!
(Note: Lenders sometimes need a few extra documents, don’t worry we’ll ask for them before we submit your application)
4. Loan approval
Our lending manager will call to congratulate and email your loan documents directly for you to complete.
Once loan documents are sent back, we check everything is completed perfectly and send to lender for settlement!
5. Loan settlement
Lender lodges documentation, funs are transferred – It’s time to celebrate and pick up your asset.
